Bachmann Turbostar - Midland Mainline
The new 170 has arrived at Shopleigh, and a few photos were taken on a club night - more photos, including the South West Trains, and Central Trains liveries will be taken soon!
Lineside detail: Graffiti on lineside equipment cabinets.
An added touch of detail was added to Shopleigh by adding graffiti to the lineside equipment boxes. Unfortunately most boxes in urban areas have graffiti just like this daubed all over them, so it was something which was needed to make the layout look more realistic - copies of real graffiti were made from photos in books and magazines, and hopefully represent what can be seen in and around the north London area.
